Needle Sanitization

The sanitizer module functions in relation to the injection system and by applying a predetermined volume of a sanitizing agent to the tip of the injector’s needle-guide. Operating in similar fashion, an air stream is directed to the needle-guide to blow off any sanitizing agent residue. Fully programmable, the sanitizer module can apply a sanitizing agent at different intervals (9-100) or can be set to apply air only. Each injector is configured to receive both an air line and a fluid line.
