Nova-Tech Customer Service

Our Customer Service department is responsible for customer relations, general inquiries, technical support and service questions, parts repair, installation and maintenance of customer equipment, and customer training.

This job offers opportunity for both people with mechanical ability, and those who enjoy travel and working with a variety of people.

Our technicians are knowledgeable, courteous professionals with the training and background to handle any customer problem. A member of our team is available at all times to answer questions and provide assistance.
