Counting / Loading

All services of the PSP begin at a loading station where birds are loaded into the machine and first counted before passing on to their subsequent processes. After receiving treatment, all birds then exit the machine at a dump station responsible for recounting birds and verifying their location to ensure accuracy in numbers and treatment.

From here the birds are placed into a box and sorted into corners according to a predetermined and programmable number based on the customer’s preferences.
